Rules for the use of golf ball marker

Golf markings must be artificial, such as tee boxes, coins, artificial markings, putter toes, or other small pieces of equipment. Natural objects like leaves or branches cannot be used as golf ball markers. Ball marker must be placed next to the ball, including the front, back, or left and right of the golf ball. When changing the ball, the player must place the ball in its original position by hand. If a player uses their ball marker incorrectly or incorrectly replaces their ball, they will be penalized by one stroke. Additionally, if a player hits the ball with the batting mark still on the ground, there will be a one-stroke penalty.
