Metal badge customization process

Metal badges are a kind of badges. They are generally made by stamping, die-casting, and bite-size processes. The surface of the badge can be electroplated with gold, ancient gold, ancient silver, nickel and other electroplating effects. It has the characteristics of simple and smooth lines, concave and convex patterns, etc. Surface color technology such as baking paint, enamel, and printing can be used to make the product more abundant. Gold and silver badges are the most expensive, followed by bronze badges, zinc alloy badges, and iron badges.
After the metal badge is selected, it is necessary to understand the production process. The process is almost the same, and most of the processes are the same. The badge customization is only a small detail that needs to be made according to the characteristics.
Process 1: Design badge artwork. If you want to generate a 3D badge result map, you need the support of software such as 3D Max. Regarding the color system, PANTONE SOLID COATED is used in the world, because the PANTONE color system can better match the color and reduce the possibility of color difference.
Process 2: Manufacturing badge molds. Take the manuscript designed on the computer, remove the lost color, make the manuscript of the concave and convex metal spat by the color of the spat, print it on the sulfuric acid paper in a certain proportion, use the photosensitive ink exposure method to make the engraving template, and then use the engraving machine to press the engraving template. to be engraved. After the engraving is completed, the model also needs to be heat treated to enhance the hardness of the mold.
Process 3: Compression. The mold device that is often heat treated is placed on the pressing table, and the pattern is transferred to different badge manufacturing materials such as copper sheets or iron sheets.
Process 4: Punching. Use the pre-made die, press the item according to its shape, and punch the item down with a punch.
Process 5: Polishing. Put the items punched by the die into the polishing machine for polishing to remove the burrs of the punching and improve the brightness of the items.
Process 6: Welding badge accessories. Solder the back of the item to the badge specification fittings.
Process 7: Electroplating and coloring the badge. The badges are electroplated according to the customer's requirements, which can be gold-plated, silver-plated, nickel-plated, red-copper-plated, etc., and then the badges are colored according to the customer's requirements. After finishing the coloring, high temperature baking is performed to enhance the color fastness.
Process 8: Pack the manufactured badges according to the customer's requirements. Packaging is generally divided into popular packaging and high-end packaging such as brocade boxes, etc. We generally operate according to customer requirements.
